modern looking hotel, comfortable, parking in shade, large room. Although check-in time is limited, reception is open 24/7, so really late check-in was not an issue. Quiet AC, so you can sleep well.

The hotel its self was very nice, spacious, and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is very close to certain attractions and little shops. I highly recommend staying here if visiting el centro de Merida. This hotel will not disappoint.

Cecilia from the front desk is especially helpful and friendly. Love the little fridge in the room. Room and bedsheets was clean.
